🧾 Pricing & Quotes

  • All prices listed are a guide only and may vary based on your pet’s size, breed, coat type, and grooming time required.
  • Extra fees may apply for uncooperative pets or if additional services are needed.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • A final quote will be provided after assessing your pet on the day.

✂️ Grooming Policies

  • Matted pets will receive a full clip. We do not perform de-matting to avoid stress and discomfort.
  • If fleas are found, a mandatory flea wash will be added. Extra charge applies.
  • Muzzles may be used at our discretion, only as a last resort, to ensure groomer safety.
  • We do not use sedation under any circumstances. This should only be administered by a certified vet.

🔐 Safety & Wellbeing

  • Our salon is protected by 24/7 CCTV to ensure the safety of your pet and our team.
  • We reserve the right to pause or cancel grooming at any stage if it’s deemed unsafe for the pet or groomer.
  • Please let us know in advance if your pet has medical conditions or special care requirements.

📅 Bookings & Cancellations

  • New clients are required to pay a $30 non-refundable deposit per pet to secure a booking.
  • To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in forfeiting your deposit and may incur a fee at your next visit.
  • If you're more than 10 minutes late, a $1 per minute late fee may apply.
  • If you arrive over 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled.
  • Pets must be collected before closing time to avoid additional charges.
  • Pawda Works & Co reserves the right to decline appointments at our discretion.
